Our Pre-Kindergarten Program serves children 4 through 5 years old, providing a program that introduces material and skill sets that will assist in the preparation and entry into Kindergarten. The program focuses on the physical, emotional, social and cognitive development of the child. Planning and preparing activities in science, math, religion, art and literature will challenge the child’s growth in the focus areas. Learning to listen to your peers and to adults, learning to control emotional responses and developing self help skills are instructed through role modeling and discussion. Our staff works directly with the kindergarten teachers and grade school principal to assure a solid foundation into the elementary school. There are four programs available to this age group. The Morning session is from 8:00am until 12:30pm, the School Day session is from 8:00am-3:00pm, the Afternoon session is 12:30pm-3:00pm (meeting T, W, Th only) and the Full Day session is from 7:00am until 6:00pm, Monday through Friday.
